Customer and provider
They agree directly.
They directly agree on scope, price, scheduling, payment, warranties, and all other service-contract terms. Glory Connect does not receive project deposits or customer payments, negotiate the service contract, or warranty the provider’s work.
No guarantee
Every customer chooses.
Glory Connect does not guarantee a provider’s availability, suitability, pricing, work quality, or outcome. Customers should evaluate a provider before engaging them.
The simple version
A connection is an opportunity—not an obligation.
Customers remain free to choose whether to engage a provider. Providers remain free to decide whether they want to quote for work. Glory Connect’s role is to make the introduction clearly and responsibly.
