Glory Connect collects only the information reasonably needed to understand a roofing request, review a contractor application, make a requested introduction, and manage the connection responsibly.
Why we collect it
For the connection you ask for.
We use it to review a request or application, contact you, evaluate a fit, maintain referral records, and respond to a concern. Customer contact information and optional photos are shared only with a selected independent contractor after the permission in the request form and the contractor’s referral acceptance.
Analytics
Not your form details.
Analytics may measure completed requests and applications, but it does not receive personally identifying form information, request details, uploaded photos, or financial reports.
Your choices
You can ask about your information.
We keep personal information only as long as it is reasonably needed to review a request or application, make or manage a connection, meet legal obligations, deter misuse, or resolve a concern. We do not sell personal information or use it to build advertising audiences.
Glory Connect uses Netlify-operated systems to run this website and securely store submitted information. Those service providers may process information outside Alberta or Canada. You may ask to access, correct, withdraw consent for an unshared request, or request deletion by using our privacy-request form or emailing 4gloryconnect@gmail.com.
