Glory Connect collects only the information reasonably needed to understand a roofing or cleaning request, review a provider application, make a requested introduction, and manage the connection responsibly.
Service-request details, contact and area information, optional roofing photos, cleaning scope and access considerations, status updates, provider-application information, public-review links, references, and project or payment reports supplied after a referral.
We use it to review a request or application, contact you, evaluate a fit, maintain referral records, and respond to a concern. Customer identity, contact information, service address, and optional photos are shared only with a selected independent provider after the permission in the request form and that provider’s acceptance of the specific referral.
Analytics may measure completed requests and applications, but it does not receive personally identifying form information, request details, uploaded photos, references, access information, or financial reports.
We keep personal information only as long as it is reasonably needed to review a request or application, make or manage a connection, meet legal obligations, deter misuse, or resolve a concern. We do not sell personal information or use it to build advertising audiences.
Glory Connect uses Netlify-operated systems to run this website and securely store submitted information. Those service providers may process information outside Alberta or Canada. You may ask to access, correct, withdraw consent for an unshared request, or request deletion by using our privacy-request form or emailing 4gloryconnect@gmail.com.
