Trust needs specifics

What we look for before a cleaning introduction.

Glory Connect uses public information to begin a cleaning-provider review, then confirms essential details directly before a provider can receive customer information. We do not call an applicant “approved,” “insured,” or “background checked” based only on a website or application.

Public-evidence review

A starting point, not proof.

We review business identity, public contact information, service-area fit, independently visible customer feedback, and concern signals. Public review links help us begin a conversation; they do not decide approval by themselves.

Direct confirmation

Before any introduction.

We confirm the accountable business and representative, applicable liability insurance and WCB position, customer scope and cancellation practices, privacy and property-access process, service capacity, and written referral terms.

Commercial fit

Extra care for business spaces.

For commercial work, we also review the provider’s ability to handle the stated facility type, scheduling constraints, access process, team screening approach, and any required site-specific procedures.

Referral gate

Customer information stays private until a provider accepts.

Glory Connect gives a selected provider a non-identifying fit summary first. The provider must accept that specific referral, confirm there is no prior relationship, and have written referral terms recorded before contact details are released.

What the review does not mean

Screening is not a guarantee.

Review does not guarantee availability, honesty, price, workmanship, security clearance, background-check status, suitability, or a project outcome. Customers still decide whether to obtain a quote and enter a direct contract.

Operational expectations

The practices behind a trustworthy cleaning relationship.

Every item is confirmed with the provider directly and documented at the level appropriate to the work.

Inside homes

Respect the space.

We ask about key and alarm-code custody, pet and allergy practices, product and cross-contamination controls, substitute-team notice, and a clear scope checklist.

Inside businesses

Work safely and accountably.

Commercial providers should be ready for site-specific coverage documents, WHMIS and SDS needs, staff identification, after-hours access controls, supervision, quality checks, and holiday coverage.

When something goes wrong

Own the response.

We ask for written re-clean, cancellation, damage, lost-key, theft-allegation, complaint, and privacy-incident procedures before customer information is released.

For independent cleaning businesses

Good work deserves clear expectations.

Tell us about your service area, capacity, independent public presence, relevant coverage, and approach to customer property and access.
